We ensure that sensitive information is only shared on a need-to-know basis and solely for the purpose of the recruitment process.


2. Client Engagement:


To engage our services, clients are required to provide accurate and detailed information about their hiring needs, including job requirements, desired skills, and company culture.
Clients should promptly respond to inquiries and provide feedback during the recruitment process to ensure efficient progress and successful outcomes.
Any changes to job requirements or hiring needs should be communicated promptly to allow for appropriate adjustments.


3. Candidate Selection:


Zin Consult conducts a thorough selection process to identify the most suitable candidates for client positions.
The final decision regarding the selection of a candidate rests with the client.
Clients are responsible for evaluating candidates’ qualifications, conducting interviews, and making the ultimate hiring decision.


4. Payment Terms:


Clients will be provided with a detailed proposal and pricing structure for our services.
Payment terms, including fees and invoicing schedules, will be outlined in the client agreement or proposal.
Payment is expected in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, and any outstanding balances may incur additional charges or interest as per the agreement.


5. Limitation of Liability:


Zin Consult strives to provide accurate and reliable recruitment services. However, we cannot guarantee the availability or suitability of specific candidates or the success of hiring outcomes.
Zin Consult shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of using our services or any actions taken based on our recommendations.


6. Termination:


Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice, outlining the reasons for termination.
Termination of the engagement does not relieve the client’s obligation to fulfill any outstanding payment obligations.
